You pay for your airfare then leave your wallet home, unless of course you plan on doing some personal shopping.

Best time to visit?

Personally, I prefer May until the end of September. April can be a beautiful month, October as well, but the weather can be unreliable. Our rainy season generally runs from November until the end of March. It sometimes comes a little early and leaves a little later.
